You can delete your Kravie account at any time, in the app or without it.
In the app
Open Kravie, go to Account and tap Delete my account. The account is deleted right away, but any order in progress must finish first.
Without the app
- Email support@kravie.app with the phone number on your account.
- We’ll confirm the request by WhatsApp on that number.
- We’ll delete the account within 30 days of confirming.
What is deleted
Your name, number, email, photo, addresses and favourite orders, plus your reviews and their photos.
What is kept
Order records and amounts, no longer linked to your name or number, for as long as accounting and the law require.
Riders and restaurants
Rider, cashier and manager accounts are closed by Kravie, because they’re tied to financial records. Write to us at support@kravie.app.
