This policy explains what data the Kravie apps (Kravie, Kravie Rider and Kravie Partner) and this website collect, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account: your phone number and name, plus your email and photo if you add them.
- Addresses: the written address you enter, its details and a contact number.
- Orders: dishes, prices, restaurants, payment method, your notes and order status, plus favourite orders if you save them.
- Reviews: your rating, comment and photos if you write a review.
- Sign-in and security: your login code (kept only in a scrambled form we can’t read back), a key tying the account to your phone, and your IP address, to prevent abuse.
- Riders and restaurants: name, number, shift details, trips or orders, financial records, and receipt photos a rider uploads.
We don’t collect your location, and we don’t use advertising or ad tracking. You pay cash on delivery or by your own transfer, and we don’t store card details.
How we use it
- To deliver your order and send its details to the restaurant and rider.
- For sign-in and order messages on WhatsApp.
- For customer support, fraud prevention and accounts with restaurants and riders.
Who sees it
- The restaurant: your order’s dishes and notes, and your name where needed.
- The rider: your name, number and delivery address while they carry your order.
- Service providers: Supabase (database and hosting), Meta (WhatsApp messages), Cloudflare (website and management dashboard) and Expo (app updates).
We don’t sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we erase your personal data within 30 days. We keep order records, no longer linked to your name or number, for as long as accounting and the law require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time through support@kravie.app.
Children
Kravie isn’t meant for anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above.
