The service

Kravie connects you with restaurants in El Qanater El Khayreya and delivers your order through riders. The restaurant is responsible for the food itself: its ingredients, quality and preparation.

Your account

• You sign in with your phone number and are responsible for what happens on your account, so never share your login code.
• You must be 13 or older, and your details and address must be correct.
• We may suspend an account that abuses the service, such as repeated fake orders.

Orders

• An order is confirmed when the restaurant accepts it. A restaurant may decline or not answer; if your order is from several restaurants, we ask whether to continue with the rest, replace it or cancel.
• You can cancel in the app until a restaurant has accepted. After that the food is being prepared, so any change needs a message to us.
• Preparation and delivery times are estimates and can run late when it’s busy.

Prices and sales

• Prices and delivery fees appear before you confirm, and the amount calculated when you order is what you pay.
• Restaurants set their own prices and sales. A sale runs until its end time or until the restaurant stops it.
• Favourite orders are charged at the prices when you order again, not the old order’s prices.

Payment

Payment is cash on delivery, and any other method appears in the app when you order.

If something goes wrong

If there’s a problem with your order, contact us as soon as you can at support@kravie.app or through Support with the order number, and we’ll review it with the restaurant and rider.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service for anything illegal, and don’t try to disrupt it or access an account or data that isn’t yours. The apps and the Kravie name and logo belong to Kravie.

Liability

We work to keep the service running well, but it can sometimes stop or run late. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows, and nothing in these terms removes your rights as a consumer.

Ending use

You can stop using Kravie and delete your account at any time.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If we change them, we’ll update the date above. Contact: support@kravie.app.
